Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith holds a Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee License. She is a Charlotte native and graduate of the University of North Carolina Greensboro earning a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Nutrition.
Prior to becoming an appraiser trainee she has worked in residential and commercial real estate since 2015, holding a North Carolina and South Carolina real estate license. Having seen the city of Charlotte and surrounding areas growth since she was young, Jessica developed a passion for real estate and market analytics.
In her free time you can find her playing beach volleyball, running and spending time with her family and friends. She resides in the Denver area with her husband Tommy, and daughters Remington, Madelyn and dog Luna.
