Founder & Managing Director
Ashley Cooper holds a Certified General Appraisal License in North and South Carolina as well as the MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. She is a Charlotte native and graduate of San Diego State University earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate Finance.
In 2014, she earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte
She is involved with the North Carolina Appraisal Institute and Metrolina Branch, serving as chair for the Charlotte area.
Ashley is proud to be involved in the UNCC Alumni for Commercial Real Estate Board, currently serving as President.
Additionally, Ashley is a member of CREW Charlotte. She resides in the Southpark neighborhood of Charlotte with her husband Daniel, son Ford, daughter Lula Cate, dog Captain and cat Puma.
